Purchasing
Once you have made the decision to purchase a refrigerator from us, you have also purchased the restoration that goes along with it as well. All of our inventory is custom restored to your specifications, therefore we do not sell any units in an "as-is" condition. When you choose a unit from our inventory, the price listed is an estimated cost. This is given as an estimate due to the variables encountered during each restoration that can affect the final price. These variables will be discussed if and when they should arise. The next step to start the restoration process is a deposit. We require a 30% deposit of the estimated price to reserve your refrigerator and begin the restoration. Once the deposit is received, you are then the proud new owner of that refrigerator and no one else can purchase it!

Some important notes to please keep in mind - although our inventory changes constantly it is not limitless. Once you have selected a unit from our inventory and your deposit is received, the refrigerator is taken off of the available list and placed on our restoration schedule. If at any time or for any reason you change your mind and decide to cancel your restoration, this deposit is not refundable and will be retained to compensate for the missed opportunities to sell the refrigerator to other customers.
In the case where you already own an antique refrigerator and are sending it to us for restoration, the deposit required is $500.00. If you decide to cancel the restoration of your own antique refrigerator before any work has started, then this deposit is 100% refundable. If work has already begun, unfortunately we have no choice but to retain the deposit for labor and/or material compensation. In addition, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our facility.
Account Balance and Payment Methods
The final payment or balance is due when you are notified that the restoration is complete on your antique refrigerator. Refrigerators will not be released or shipped until the payment is received in full.
Final payments and deposits will be accepted in the form of cash, personal or business checks, certified checks or money orders. Please note that personal or business checks must clear the bank before they are considered a deposit or final payment.
